- Return any cards and certificates when you leave your employer
- If you wish to remain a member of the Health Insurance Society

Please register for Kenpo Connect before your resignation and, after logging in, be sure to register a private email address that you can use even after resignation.
Kenpo Connect allows you to electronically apply for documents such as the certificate of loss of eligibility, which is necessary when joining a new health insurance plan after retirement.
