Procedures
Health insurance members must undertake certain procedures in cases such as applying to receive benefits when a child is born. Described below are the required procedures and application methods in such cases:
Health insurance eligibility procedures
When checking the Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate and the Eligibility Notification of Health Insurance.
The Accenture Health Insurance Society will send a guidance email explaining how to obtain the Health Insurance Eligibility Certificate to those who have not yet prepared their Myna Insurance Card. Once the enrollment procedures with the Accenture Health Insurance Society have been completed, you can view your Eligibility Notification of Health Insurance on the Kenpo Connect health insurance portal. Please visit the homepage of the Health Insurance Society, click on the “Eligibility Notification of Health Insurance” icon, and log in to Kenpo Connect to view your notification.
