Accenture Health Insurance Society uses a cafeteria plan system for one of its health services.
A cafeteria plan is a system in which a wide menu of available services in line with the objectives of health insurance society projects is offered through a points system, from which the insured can freely select the services they need within the scope of points that are granted in advance.
<Notes on use>
You can use your points until the day you leave the company.
Please note that if you use your points after the day you leave the company, you will later be billed for the amount equivalent that what you used.
You may only use points for selections you can use while you are still a member.
Trips and health checkups are accounted for on the days they occur. You cannot use points for them if they occur after you leave the company, even if you made the reservation before leaving.
For purchases of pharmaceuticals, the date of use is considered to be the date of submitting the request, so you can use points for them even if that date you pick them up is after you leave the company.
